Gujarat News: The Gujarat Police has exposed a huge international cyber crime network. The network has cheated Indian citizens Rs 804 crore. Gujarat Minister of State for Home Harsh Sanghvi informed on Saturday that 10 people have been arrested from Surat in this case. This network was affecting people all over India. Minister of State for Home Harsh Sanghvi also returned an amount of 5.51 crore snatched from some victims.
According to media reports, the gang was operating from Dubai, Vietnam and Cambodia. The gang used to get their bank account and SIM cards by tempting the general public by giving the general public a 1.5 to 2 percent commission. They were misused for cyber fraud. The gang has committed 1,549 crimes across the country. The gang has cheated about Rs 804 crore from citizens.

Gujarat Minister of State for Home Harsh Sanghvi said that the gang used to target people all over India. The thugs acquired Rs 17.75 crore through 141 digital offenses in Gujarat.
The gang cheated a senior citizen of Vadodara by promising great profits in the name of reputed insurance companies. They got back 4.91 crore rupees. A ‘digital arrest’ was done by threatening to implicate a senior citizen from Ahmedabad in the drugs case. He was stopped digitally at home on Skype for 12 days.
Let me tell you, the police launched a campaign to expose the gang. In this action, the police arrested 10 suspects from Surat. 65 mobile phones, 447 David cards, 529 bank account kits, 686 SIM cards and 16 POS (Point of Sale) machines have been seized from the possession of the accused.
