Doctors are urging the generation Z to prioritize their heart health and warning that if this problem is not resolved in time, we will all have to bear the consequences.

Cardiovascular risk is increasing in generation z

Every month, the younger generation, including generation Z, contains about 15–20 cases of heart attacks and strokes. Some of these people do not have diabetes or any other disease.
