Lucknow, Amrit Vichar: A unique initiative of Bharat Vikas Parishad will be seen in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh. Bharat Vikas Parishad, Awadh Province is preparing for an event this year which will not only ignite spiritual consciousness but will also sensitize the society towards its fundamental duties, values and responsibilities. To commemorate the centenary of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh, the Council has announced a grand event of “5-day Panch Sutriya Katha Mahotsav” keeping the five basic social principles – environment, indigenous peoples, harmony, family enlightenment and civic duty – at the center.
Vikrant Khandelwal, Field Organization Minister of Bharat Vikas Parishad, said that this festival will be organized from 5 to 9 December 2025 at Shri Sumatinath Seva Bhawan, A-19, Sindhu Nagar, Lucknow from 2 to 5 pm every day.
This program will not be limited to just stories, but will try to give a new direction to social consciousness. The five-day event is based on these three pillars – a theme, a vision and an inspiration every day.
He said that the Council believes that a society becomes strong only when its roots are deep in values, sense of duty and cooperation. This is the reason that along with story-discourses, civic felicitation will also be given to the personalities and organizations doing remarkable work in various fields of Yagya and social service every day. The objective of all these activities is to create a society that is conscious, dutiful and cultured.
