Lucknow, Amrit Vichar: Ramotsav of Shri Ramlila Committee Aishbagh will start on Monday 22 September with Narada Moh staging. This time the episode of Narada Moh has been added to Leela due to the two days of Chaturthi. The 13 -day Ramlila will conclude on October 4 with the city darshan procession of Raja Ram Chandra.
Shri Ram Leela Committee Chairman Harishchandra Aggarwal, Minister Sheel Aggarwal and Treasurer Rituraj Rastogi gave information about the program in a press conference held on Saturday in Tulsi Auditorium. He said that this Ramlila, which started from the 17th century, is the oldest of the capital.
The chairman said that Ramlila will be staged by Natya Guru Bhaskar Bose and his team. The Department of Culture will have a special contribution in this. Ramotsav- 2025 will begin on 22 September with Ganesh Pujan. After this, artists acting of Ram ji, Bharat, Laxman, Shatruhan, Sita and Hanuman ji will be worshiped in Ramlila. Sunderkand text will start from 3 pm. The gods will be called from the praise recitation at 7:30 pm before the staging of Leela starts. After this, dance will be performed by dance academies on hymns. Ramlila will be staged from 8:30 pm to 11:30 pm. On October 2, there will be grand fireworks and effigy burning after the leela of Ravana slaughter on Dussehra. The coronation ceremony of Shri Ram will be held on 3 October.
Chief Minister Yogi will also be involved
Officials of Shri Ramlila Committee Aishbagh said that Union Minister Sukanta Mazumdar, Rajya Sabha MP Dr. Dinesh Sharma, Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya are likely to attend the Leela on the first day of Ramotsav. The coronation of Shri Ram will be done in a big way. State Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath agreed to participate in this program.
