Maruti Suzuki Brezza facelift is expected to go on sale in early 2026 with exterior and interior changes
Maruti Suzuki’s popular compact SUV has once again been spotted testing on the Manali Highway. The car was seen driving on difficult mountain roads, which suggests that the company is conducting its final testing of the new model in real road conditions. The car seen on camera is not said to be a CNG model but its petrol version.
Small but noticeable changes made on the outside suggest that a new update to the Brezza is coming soon. The biggest change in the test model is its new alloy wheels. Some changes have also been made at the front, due to which the look of Brezza now feels like the new Victorias. The changes may not be major, but the new lights and slightly changed design elements make the updated model look sharper and more stylish than the current Brezza.
However, when seen from the side, not much change is visible in the shape and design of the car. Earlier pictures had also shown a CNG sticker on the rear glass of the Brezza test model. It is believed that in the new model, an underfloor CNG tank can be used instead of the cylinder usually kept in the boot. If this happens, the boot space of the car can be used in a much better way than before.

Maruti Suzuki has already used this kind of setup in the Victoris, so the Brezza may also benefit from it. Only minor changes are expected at the rear. The tail lamps may see a slight redesign, while features like the shark-fin antenna, roof-mounted spoiler and high-mounted stop lamp will remain the same. No major changes have been seen inside the car i.e. the cabin yet.
The talk of Level-2 ADAS coming in 2026 Brezza has also intensified. Since other companies in this segment are now offering Advanced Driver Assist Systems (ADAS), adding this feature to Brezza will keep it strong in the competition in the future. Talking about the mechanical part, it is expected that the new Brezza will use the same engines and powertrains that are currently available.

The 1.5-litre K15C petrol engine will continue to produce 102 bhp power and 137 Nm torque, while the CNG variant could produce 87 bhp power and 121.5 Nm torque. Transmission options will include a manual gearbox and a 6-speed torque converter automatic in the petrol models.
