Deliveries of the AX7, AX7T and AX7L variants of the Mahindra XUV 7XO will begin from January 14, 2026, while deliveries of other variants will begin from April 2026.
Just a few days ago, Mahindra has launched XUV 7XO in India at a starting price of Rs 13.66 lakh (ex-showroom). This introductory price will be valid only for the first 40,000 units. Booking of this SUV has started online and at the dealership with a token amount of Rs 21,000. It is offered with multiple powertrain, seating and drivetrain options. Deliveries of select variants will begin from January 14, 2026, while the remaining variants will be made available later.
Mahindra Both petrol and diesel engines are available in this SUV. It is powered by 2.0-litre mStallion TGDi petrol and 2.2-litre mHawk diesel engines, which are paired with 6-speed manual or 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox. All-wheel drive (AWD) option is also available in select diesel variants.
Talking about the price, the price of AX petrol manual variant starts from Rs 13.66 lakh, while the starting price of diesel manual is Rs 14.96 lakh. The price of AX3 and AX5 variants ranges between Rs 16.02 lakh to Rs 17.99 lakh. Prices start at Rs 18.48 lakh for the AX7 variant and go up to Rs 24.11 lakh for the AX7L 6-seater diesel automatic. You will have to pay Rs 1.45 lakh for automatic transmission and Rs 2.45 lakh for AWD.
The delivery of Mahindra XUV 7XO will be done in a phased manner. The deliveries of AX7, AX7T and AX7L variants will be available first to customers who have pre-booked from January 14, 2026. Whereas the delivery of AX, AX3 and AX5 variants will start from April 2026. Many great features have been provided in the SUV right from its base variant.
The AX base variant of Mahindra XUV 7XO features a 31.24 cm triple HD screen, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay,
There are over 75 safety features including ChatGPT integration with Alexa, cruise control, push-button start and six airbags. Apart from this, ADRENOX connected technology is standard across all variants.
The top variants get more premium features, including a 16-speaker Harman Kardon audio system (with Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos), 540-degree camera, level-2 ADAS, front and rear ventilated seats, powered driver and co-driver seats (with memory and Boss mode), wireless charger, ambient lighting and electrochromic IRVM.
The XUV 7XO also features the new DAVINCI valve-based damping suspension technology, which works with a MacPherson strut at the front and a multi-link suspension at the rear. It also gets Custom Mode with Zip, Zap and Zoom drive modes, which are available only in diesel. Mahindra claims that this SUV has more than 120 safety features, which include 7 airbags, level-2 ADAS, electronic parking brake, TPMS and digital video recording.
