2026 Burgman Street gets new front look, new features and more torque with external fuel lid
Suzuki Motorcycle India has launched the 2026 Burgman Street 125 in India with several major updates. This scooter is available in Ride Connect Edition and Ride Connect TFT Edition. Its starting price is Rs 1,01,944 (ex-showroom, Delhi), while the TFT variant has been priced at Rs 1,13,220. The new Burgman Street will go on sale in India from April 8, 2026.
Ride Connect Edition is available in Metallic Royal Bronze, Pearl Matte Shadow Green, Pearl Grace White, Metallic Matte Black No. 2 and Metallic Matte Stellar Blue. At the same time, dual-tone color options are available in the TFT variant, which include Black, Blue, Silver, Bronze and White along with Luxe Copper.
Talking about design, the new Burgman Street looks sharper and more modern than before. It has split LED headlamps, new LED indicators, updated taillight, smoked windscreen and new exhaust. Its maxi-scooter look remains intact, but it now looks more premium.
Talking about the engine, it has a 124cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine, which is based on Suzuki’s SEP (Eco Performance) platform. This engine gives power of 6.2 kW (8.2 bhp) and torque of 10.2 Nm. The company claims that it will get better mileage and smooth performance.
As features, it has a long and comfortable seat, large floorboard, front footrest, 5.5 liter fuel tank and external fuel lid at the rear. For storage, 24.6 liters of under-seat space, front storage, dual hook and USB charging port is available.
Apart from this, features like Easy Start System, side-stand interlock and water-resistant switch are also provided. Ride Connect TFT Edition gets advanced features like 4.2-inch color TFT display, keyless ignition and answer-back function. This scooter is built on a strong and lightweight chassis, which improves handling and stability. The long wheelbase and better suspension setup provide a comfortable ride even on bad roads. Combined Braking System (CBS) is also provided in it.
