Bharatpur. A case that puts humanity to shame has come to light from Bharatpur district of Rajasthan. In Dhanauta village of Sewar police station area, school students brutally beat a brother and his sister with sticks outside the school due to a mutual dispute. The video of this entire incident is now going viral on social media, which has created a sensation in the area.
Ambush attack, student suffered serious head injury. According to the information received, this incident is said to be about a week old. It is being told that there was an altercation among the students in the school over some issue. Due to this rivalry, the accused students blocked the path of the victim brother and sister outside the school and attacked them with sticks. It can be clearly seen in the viral video that the attackers kept attacking the unarmed student brother and sister until they were half dead. The student suffered serious head injuries in the attack.
Pressure for compromise in village, victim’s family is scared
The most worrying aspect in this case is that after the incident, instead of getting justice, the victim’s family is being pressurized to remain silent. According to the allegations, some people of the village and influential parties are pressurizing the victim’s family to hush up the matter and resign. Due to this fear and pressure, the victimized children and their families are hesitant in coming forward openly.
Police action and investigation
After the video went viral and the matter gained prominence, the Sewar police station swung into action. The police have registered a case on the complaint of the victim. The police station says:
The attacking students are being identified on the basis of viral video.
Medical examination of the injured student has been done.
The victim’s family has been assured of security and a fair investigation.
Anger among local people
This violent incident that took place outside the school has increased the concern of parents. Local villagers say that if students attack with weapons like this outside educational institutions, it will become unsafe to send children to school. The police are currently conducting raids to arrest the accused.
