Revenue officer Jhotwara/Vaishali Nagar zone and revenue team were present during the proceedings. Deputy Commissioner Jhotwara/Vaishali Nagar Zone Manisha Yadav said that due to outstanding urban development tax, action was taken to confiscate the properties of 9 properties, out of which an amount of Rs 11 lakh 95 thousand 772 was deposited by 4 property holders on the spot, which was opened on the spot after depositing the amount and the remaining was locked and confiscation action was taken.
Municipal Corporation Commissioner Dr. Gaurav Saini has appealed to the citizens to pay the urban development tax on time, so that any kind of legal action can be avoided and the development work of the city continues smoothly.
