New Delhi, May 26 (). Maharashtra Congress President Harshvardhan Sapkal has made indecent remarks about Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He alleged that due to the policies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India’s relations with neighboring countries have deteriorated, which has also affected onion exports.
Harshvardhan Sapkal said that the export of onion has been hampered due to the breakdown in relations with countries like Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Iran. After his statement, BJP launched a sharp attack on Congress.
BJP spokesperson Shehzad Poonawala raised questions on the language of Congress leaders and said that this is not a coincidence but a well-thought-out strategy.
He said that recently Congress leader Ajay Rai had also used objectionable language against the Prime Minister and Rahul Gandhi had called the Prime Minister a ‘traitor’.
Shahzad Poonawala said, “Now the words used by Maharashtra Congress President Harsh Vardhan Sapkal have made it clear that Congress has become not a Gandhian party but a party of abuses. Congress has now become a shop of abuses and not of love.”
He alleged that Congress leaders do not have issues related to the public, hence they resort to personal attacks and foul language. Poonawala said that the leader who abuses the most in Congress gets ‘clapping and promotion’ from Rahul Gandhi.
The BJP spokesperson further said that this is not only an insult to the Prime Minister, but also an insult to the people and the Constitution of the country. He claimed that the public will answer this democratically through voting.
