New Delhi. Umar Khalid and Sharjeel Imam got a big blow from the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has rejected the bail pleas of Umar Khalid and Sharjeel Imam, who have been booked under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) in connection with the larger conspiracy of the 2020 Delhi riots. However, the Supreme Court has granted bail to the remaining five accused in the case, Gulfisha Fatima, Meeran Haider, Shifa Ur Rehman, Mohammed Salim Khan and Shadab Ahmed.
