New Delhi, June 28 (). Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) has invited applications for bumper recruitment on various 1,979 posts including Junior Scientific Assistant in different departments. The process of application for these posts has started and eligible candidates can apply till July 15.
Among the 1,979 vacancies released by DSSSB, from the Department of Forensic Science Laboratory, 44 are for Junior Scientific Assistant (Biology), 18 are for Junior Scientific Assistant (Ballistics), 37 are for Junior Scientific Assistant (Chemistry), 12 are for Junior Scientific Assistant (Lie Detection Method), 15 are for Junior Scientific Assistant (Documentation), 5 are for Junior Scientific Assistant (Human Resource Management/Quality Control), 5 are for Junior Scientific Assistant (Photo). 14, 81 posts of Junior Scientific Assistant (Cyber Forensics), 46 posts of Junior Scientific Assistant (Crime Scene/District Mobile Forensic Unit), 1 post of Junior Scientific Assistant (Fingerprint) and 16 posts of Junior Scientific Assistant (Physics) are included.
1 post of Technical Assistant (Hindi) and 4 posts of Assistant Archives Category-I from Delhi Department of Archives; 125 posts of Information Technology Assistant Grade-A from the Department of Information Technology; 36 posts of Fitter Grade-II, 13 of Lift Operator, 15 of Assistant Operator cum Mechanic (A/C), 37 of Sub Station Apprentice, 21 of Data Processing Assistant Grade ‘A’ and 2 posts of Data Entry Operator Grade ‘B’ from New Delhi Municipal Council Department; 675 trained graduate teachers (computer science), 129 domestic science teachers, 163 trained graduate teachers (special education teachers), 450 special education teachers (primary) from the Directorate of Education Department; And 19 posts of Electrical Supervisor/Sub Inspector from Labor Department are included.
The application process for all these posts through online has started from 12 noon on 16th June and the last date to apply has been fixed as 15th July. In such a situation, the eligible candidates who wish to be appointed to these posts can submit their registration form on or before the last date after the application link is activated on the official portal of DSSSB.
Candidates applying should have BE/B.Tech, B.Sc., MCA, Master Degree, 12th passed, Plumber Trade Certificate, Matriculation/Higher Secondary and ITI Certificate, D.Ed., B.Ed., Graduation/3-year Diploma, Matriculation and National Trade Certificate etc. as per the relevant post from a recognized institute or university. Along with this, it is also mandatory for the candidates to have prescribed years of experience in the relevant field and other prescribed eligibility and skills.
The minimum age of the applicants has been fixed at 18 years and the maximum age has been fixed between 27 to 37 years as per the post, which will be calculated on the basis of the last date of application. At the same time, candidates coming from reserved category will be given relaxation in the maximum age limit as per rules.
Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of Computer-Based Test (CBT), One-level General/One-level Technical/One-level Technical-Teaching, Merit List, Document Verification etc., after which the salary of the selected candidates will be between Rs 5,200 to Rs 1,42,400 per month depending on the post.
While filling the application form, candidates will have to pay the prescribed application fee as per their category, which is Rs 100 for General (UR)/OBC/EWS male candidates. At the same time, exemption has been given in the registration fees of Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes/Persons with Disabilities (PWBD)/Ex-Servicemen (ESM) and women.
