Google has recently announced that the affordable Google Pixel 10a will be launched soon, this month itself. The company will launch this phone in India and global markets. It is expected to be the successor to the Pixel 9a, which was launched in March 2025. Several reports have already surfaced about the design of the upcoming handset, and the tech giant has even unveiled the phone. Google Pixel 10a launch date
Google has announced on social media platform X that Pixel 10a will launch this month on February 18. Although the tech giant has not revealed anything about the price yet, Google Store subscribers can avail an exclusive offer by signing up for details till 1:29 PM IST on February 13. The company said that this offer can be used to avail benefits on future orders on the purchase of Pixel 10a.
Same design as previous model
Google Pixel 10a is expected to come with the same design as its previous model. It may have a flat dual rear camera setup, which will be in a horizontal pill-shaped camera island. There may also be a single LED flash on the back of the phone. Like the existing Pixel 9a, this upcoming Pixel 10a may also feature center-aligned Google branding in the middle of the back panel. It may have thick bezels around the display and a center-aligned hole-punch cutout. The company has shared a teaser image of the phone in which the Pixel 10a is seen in blue color, which looks similar to the iris color of its previous model.
Specifications not disclosed
Google has not yet revealed the specifications of the upcoming non-flagship Pixel phone, but it is being said that this phone can offer better photography capabilities. Additionally, the company is touting it as the most durable Google Pixel A-series phone yet, indicating better dust and water resistance. Like the Pixel 9a, the Pixel 10a may also have Gemini as a built-in AI assistant. The company can launch this phone in India for less than ₹ 50,000. This will make it Google’s most affordable 5G phone in the latest series.
