Jodhpur ,. The popular art festival of the state, Jodhpur Arts Week, started in a Blue City with its new chapter. The seven -day art festival was inaugurated at Sri Sumer School where Pati trustee, managing director and chairman Irfan Razak among the distinguished guests, Dr. Rizwan Razak, Joint Managing Director of the Presence Group, Faiz Rizwan and Patti’s founder Sani Rizwan and Pati’s founder, Almas Rizwan and Patti Director Emma Samanar lit the lamp and set the program.
During this, all the team members of Pati including Curaters Tapiva Matsinde (UK/Zimbabwe) and Sakshi Mahajan (UK/India) were present. Artlers from all over the world performed various artforms present at the festival to understand the grace of Rajasthan. In which the jugalbandi of local artists, communities, vinties India and modern artforms was special, the theme of this chapter ‘Hath Ro Hunar – Skill of the Hand’ was realized. During this, Pati’s trustee, managing director and chairman Irfan Razak said that it is very happy to see the enthusiasm of the people and the youth towards the art. Where it is a big thing for the country to see the passion of artists and art lovers from all over the country in the direction of increasing the art and culture of Rajasthan. These beautiful Rajasthani heritage has been decorated with ancient and modern art to make Jodhpur more color.
Dr. Rizwan Razak, Joint Managing Director of the President Group, said that it was very happy to see this enthusiasm of art among the dignitaries of Jodhpur. Rajasthan’s biggest art festival saw a great inclusion of artists of current -time artists and ancient buildings. Where not only the country but also among many well-known artists of the world, the arts of old Rajasthan were also seen.
At the same time, Pati founder Sana Rizwan said that Jodhpur is an attachment and inspiration for me, new experiments have always been accepted with art. This is the reason why I chose Jodhpur for this Art Festival, this is the second chapter of this festival here and this year we have tried to touch the new parameters of art. Through this festival, the art of the country is being provided a global platform in which Jodhpur has a huge contribution.
This is the special day on the first day –
The artwalk, which began with the Slap day, began through Shri Sumer School, Mayla Tiger Jhalara, after which Turji’s Jhalara from Rajmahal Girls Higher Secondary School ended at the house and the hour ended at the end. The first day of this festival ended with the lively rhythm of Kalbeliya music and dance. Where the famous Suva Devi and her party performed in the amazing background of Turji’s Jhalra (Bawdi). It was an unforgettable evening, where heritage, movement and notes came alive together. Artists and designers from all over the world, Aku Zeliang, Anita Reddy and Siddhi community artisans, Afra Shemza, Ayesha Singh, Awadhesh Tamarkar, Chila Kumari Burman, Dhakan Collectorate, Gaspard Combase, Jenjum Train, Kaimurai, Lakshmi Priya Priya Priya Priya Priya Priyagrahi, Puneet Kaushik, Rakh Kuti Kaushak, Rakh Kuti Kaushik, Rakh Mango. Shailesh BR, Saruha Killaru, Theo Pinto, Zewear Wong and Floating Canvas Company will showcase their workmanship and collection. The festival was organized with the support of major colleagues like 1×1 Art Gallery, Anant Art, Bluprint 12, British Council India, Exhibit 320, Gallery Espace, Institutions France, RMJED Foundation, Rupayan Sansthan, Shrine Empire and Stone X. Also, sites like Daspan House, Jodhpur Development Authority, Municipal Corporation Jodhpur, Khas Bagh, and Sun City are also getting significant support.
