The Ministry of Finance, Government of India has appointed Advocate Maliram Pareek as Special Public Prosecutor to represent Central Narcotics Bureau CBN in NDPS cases for the Rajasthan High Court, Jodhpur Principal Bench. The Union Finance Ministry has provided this appointment vide its order dated 18.3.26 on which the Assistant Narcotics Commissioner, Kota, Raj. Registrar, Raj. Informing the High Court, instructions have been given to Maliram Pareek to take charge as Special Public Prosecutor, Central Narcotics Bureau.
Presently Maliram Pareek is also working on behalf of Narcotics Control Bureau, Department of Revenue Intelligence, Central Customs Department and CGST. Serving as Special Public Prosecutor in the High Court.
