Ghaziabad. There was a sensation in the area when a mutilated body of a youth was found on the railway track of Loni area of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh on Friday morning. The police reached the spot and started investigation by sending the body for post-mortem. Information about the incident was received around 8:40 am on Friday, when people saw the body on the track and immediately informed the police. As soon as the information was received, the police team of Loni Commissionerate reached the spot and started investigation. According to the police, the body was found divided into two parts on the track between pole number 11/4 and 11/5. From the looks of it, it appeared that the young man had died due to being hit by a train or falling. Deep injury marks were also found on the body and head of the deceased, which makes it clear that the collision was very strong. The police removed the body from the track and sent it for post-mortem after filling the Panchnama.
During identification, the police found something written on the right hand of the deceased. When looked closely, it was found that ‘Padam (Patta) Netrapal Singh, son of Bhagat Singh, age about 35 years, Gaondi Bhajanpura’ was written on the hand. On the basis of this information, the police is trying to confirm the identity of the deceased. The police is also interrogating the people nearby so that more information related to the incident can be obtained.
At present it is not clear whether the youth died in an accident or the matter is something else. Police say that efforts are being made to identify the deceased on the basis of information written on his hand. Efforts are also being made to contact the family of the deceased.
