The temple is located in the BNP 6 Mali Ghat area and is dedicated to Durga Mata. The worship and religious activities here are particularly popular, which has made this place an important religious place for devotees.
A huge statue of Durga Mata has been installed in the BNP 6 Durga temple complex on the occasion of Navratri. Also, special puja-archana is being organized here. A total of 121 urns have been installed in the temple, which reflect the depth of the religious tradition here.
The number of Kalash increases over time as devotees establish the Kalash on their vow. This tradition has been going on for years and people play it with great reverence.
The worship in the temple is conducted by BNP 6 officers and police personnel, in which the priests are also from this area.

Acharya Sandeep Pathak told that Navratri is celebrated grandly in BNP 6. The 121 urns installed in the temple have special significance. These urns are considered a symbol of fulfilling the wishes of the devotees. When a devotee establishes the urn when his vow is fulfilled, his number increases. Thus the number of urns in the temple has gradually reached 121.
