Sambhal. Samajwadi Party MP from Sambhal in Uttar Pradesh Zia ur Rehman Burke has supported the ‘I Love Mohammed’ poster amid controversy. He said that nothing is wrong in words like ‘I Love Mohammed’. This poster does not affect anyone’s faith nor does it send any wrong message from it. On the incident of Bareilly uproar, MP Zia ur Rehman Burke said, “The message of Prophet Mohammed was that peace should not be disturbed anywhere. Everyone should work for their religion and society with peace. I had appealed about the incident of Bareilly that peace should be maintained. The administration had also appealed that there should be no such action under pressure. On ‘I Love Mohammed’ poster controversy, he said that we love our religion, like we love the country. Writing ‘I Love Mohammed’ or putting posters does not send any wrong message. The SP MP also said that we are people who believe in the Constitution.
Meanwhile, Jia ur Rehman Burke on bulldozer action said that such action is not right at all. The Supreme Court has also commented in such cases, but bulldozer action is being taken on the government’s order in Uttar Pradesh, which is wrong. Work raised the question that why did not take equal action against those who created a ruckus in front of the police on the tomb? If you want to walk bulldozers, then go against everyone. If the law is one, then action should also be the same.
Regarding the festival of Dussehra, SP MP Zia Ur Rehman Burke said, “Just as Dussehra is celebrated every year by burning Ravana, it is not just external, everyone should also burn Ravana inside their hearts. There are some people whose mindset is completely different. If they walk the right path, they have a sense of patriotism and they will be applied to their religion only when they will work for the country.
