Bikaner. Lyricist Rajaram Swarnakar was felicitated by the Institute of Literature and Arts and Arts. The chief guest of the program was poet narrator Rajendra Joshi. Dr. Hari Shankar Acharya spoke on the literary tradition of Bikaner and said that Swarnakar has established new dimensions in literature creation, which are exemplary for the youth.
