Lucknow . Uttar Pradesh government minister Om Prakash Rajbhar (OP Rajbhar) has targeted Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi. He said that Congress deceived the backward people, Dalits and Muslims. Rahul Gandhi should read his old history on this issue. Speaking to news agency , OP Rajbhar said, “For a long time, Congress ruled the country and the state. Today they are exposing their own failures. Rahul Gandhi claims that backward communities, Dalits and Muslims were cheated. But who actually cheated them? Congress was in the government for 60 years.” He further said, “Middlemen are absent in the BJP government. Any scheme is directly reaching the beneficiary’s account. At one time Rajiv Gandhi himself used to say that ‘If we send Rs 100 from Delhi, then Rs 10 reaches the ground.’ Therefore Rahul Gandhi should read the entire past history.”
Regarding TMC MP Abhishek Banerjee’s comment on Congress, OP Rajbhar said, “The way Congress tries to do politics by sitting in the office and through Twitter and social media, it no longer works. They should learn from Bharatiya Janata Party, RSS and Bajrang Dal. As soon as one election is over, they start preparing for the next election. Whereas Rahul Gandhi leaves the election and goes to travel abroad.”
On the occasion of New Year, OP Rajbhar extended warm wishes to all the citizens. He appealed that people should give good education to their children, teach them well and live in brotherhood and harmony. Do any work with dedication and honesty, whether it is in the field of education or anywhere else.
Meanwhile, on the death of children in Indore allegedly due to contaminated water, Minister OP Rajbhar said, “This is a tragic incident and it should not have happened. How the water became poisonous is now a matter of investigation. It is indeed a very sad incident.”
