The minimum basic salary may increase from the current ₹ 18,000 to around ₹ 69,000. Additionally, employees can get five promotions during 30 years of service. Apart from Dearness Allowance (DA) and House Rent Allowance (HRA), other allowances can also be increased up to three times.
