The third week of December is starting from 15th. There is expected to be a lot of activity in the stock market this week, as four public issues totaling about ₹830 crore are about to be launched. Investors will get the first opportunity to bid on KSH International’s mainboard offering. Meanwhile, 15 companies are also set to debut on the exchange, including big names like ICICI Prudential AMC, Corona Remedies and Park Medi World.
Waiting for IPO listing
Investors are eagerly waiting for the listing of ICICI Prudential AMC next week. The ₹10,603 crore IPO, which was launched on December 12, received a good response on the first day, with over 50 per cent subscription. The gray market premium (GMP) of the IPO is ₹255, which is 10.39 per cent higher than the issue price. The last day to bid for the IPO is December 16. Other mainboard listings include Corona Remedies.
Among other mainboard listings, Corona Remedies is in the news, with GMP trading 31.07 per cent higher than the issue price. Meanwhile, Nephrocare’s GMP is 6.52 percent, indicating moderate listing expectations. Next is Wakefit, which has a GMP of 2.05 percent. In the SME segment, KV Toys has a GMP of 63.18 percent, indicating a strong listing.
KSH International IPO
In the mainboard segment, KSH International is launching its public issue on Tuesday, December 16, which will close on Thursday, December 18. The price band for the IPO has been fixed at ₹365 to ₹384 per share. The issue size is around ₹710 crore, and the company’s shares will be listed on both BSE and NSE. KSH International, managed by Nuwama Wealth Management, is the biggest IPO to open next week and is expected to support the overall sentiment in the primary market. The company will use ₹226 crore of the funds raised from the IPO to repay debt. ₹87 crore will be spent on purchasing new machinery and technology for Supa and Chakan plants. Additionally, ₹8.8 crore will be used to set up a rooftop solar power plant at the Supa unit. The remaining amount will be used for general corporate purposes.
