The Central Government is running PM Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana to economically strengthen the farmers of the country. This scheme has become a reliable support for millions of farmers. Under this scheme, eligible farmers are given Rs 6000 annually in three equal installments directly into their bank accounts. A total of 21 installments have been released so far.

How to check your status at home:
Farmers can check their status under the scheme while sitting at home. First of all, they have to visit the official website pmkisan.gov.in. On the homepage, they will get the option “Know Your Status”. Click on it. Here, you have to enter your registration number. If you do not remember your registration number, you can find it by clicking on “Know Your Registration Number” and using your mobile number or Aadhaar number. Then, fill the captcha code shown on the screen and click on “Get Details”. Within a few seconds, all the information will be visible. This will tell you whether your profile is updated or not and whether there is any problem in getting the next installment.
When will the 22nd installment be released?
After the 21st installment, farmers are wondering when the 22nd installment will be released. Generally, installments under this scheme are released at an interval of four months, and based on the pattern of the previous installments, the next installment is also expected to be released as per the same schedule. The previous installment was released in November. Based on this, the 22nd installment is likely to release in February. The government releases the installments to the beneficiaries only after completing data verification, e-KYC and bank linking checks. Money will be transferred directly to the bank accounts of farmers whose information is correct. Therefore, it is important to check your status before the installment is released.
