Shardiya Navratri starts on Monday, 22 September 2025. New rates of GST will also be applicable from this day. In such a situation, the question is arising in the minds of many investors whether the Indian stock market National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) will work normally on the first day of Navratri or will be closed?
Will the market be open?
According to the official holiday calendar of NSE and BSE, there is no market holiday on 22 September 2025. On this day, the stock markets will be usually open and all business sessions will be operated at regular time.
