Dream League of India and Company Plan
Sarvotech informed the Stock Exchange that the Dream League of India (T10) Private Limited has been included as a full -fledged subsidiary of Sarvotech Sports and Entertainment Private Limited.
The company will work in the sports and entertainment sector, which will include sports operations, publicity, and franchisees, leagues, and players related activities.
Although the company has not started operating yet, it will serve as a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for Sarvotech’s holding company. This step plans to increase its presence in the sports and entertainment sector.
15.8 crore railway project
On 23 April 2025, Sarvotech obtained an order for the 4.1 MW on-grid roftop solar project from Indian Railways East Coast Railway, Waltaire Division (Visakhapatnam).
The price of this project is ₹ 15.89 crore. The company’s director Sarika Bhatia said that the order strengthens the position of Sarvotech in India’s renewable energy sector and reflects the company’s capacity in large -scale solar projects.
Board meeting on 6 May
The board of Sarvotech will meet on 6 May 2025, with an audited financial results of the financial year ended on March 2025. Along with this, the board will also discuss the payment of dividend, which has further increased the expectations of investors.
