If you have money in your pocket, then US President Donald Trump is ready to welcome you with open heart. The Trump administration officially launched its “Trump Gold Card” visa program on Wednesday, December 10. The cost of this visa is one million dollars, which is approximately 90 million Indian rupees. If a non-US citizen wants to live in the United States, he just has to pay Rs 90 million to the Trump administration, and after verification, he will get this gold visa, which will give him the right to live in America.
how to apply
There is a separate website for applying for this US Gold Visa: Trumpcard.gov, which has an “Apply Now” button. According to the website, anyone who wants to apply must first pay a processing fee of $15,000 to the US Department of Homeland Security, which is approximately Rs 1.35 million. After the background check or verification process, you will be required to make a payment of $1 million, which is referred to as a “gift” on the website. After this, you will get the Gold Visa, which is the same as the “Green Card”. It allows you to live and work in the United States. This Gold visa has been introduced in the US as a replacement for the EB-5 visa. The EB-5 visa was created by the US Congress in 1990 to attract foreign investment. That visa was granted to people who formed companies that employed at least 10 people or who invested approximately $1 million.
Platinum Card Preparation!
According to the website, the platinum card will be launched next. Any foreign national can now sign up and secure a place on the waiting list for this platinum card. When it launches, it will also require a processing fee of $15,000 to the Department of Homeland Security. After the background check, you will get the platinum card for $5 million, or approximately Rs 480 million. A foreign citizen with this card will be allowed to stay in the United States for up to 270 days without paying any tax on income earned outside the United States.
