New Delhi, January 24 (IANS). Due to lack of nutrition in food, anemia has become a common problem among children and women.
In case of headache, dizziness and weakness, doctors give iron medicine, so that the amount of blood in the body can be increased, but many times even after taking medicine, the body starts suffering from anemia and many diseases surround it. Today we will tell you about those three rules of Ayurveda, if followed for seven days, you will see changes in the body.
The first solution is Ayurvedic Panchamrit. In this remedy, Ayurveda has advised to consume some household items which are available in the kitchen and about whose benefits very few people know. In case of anemia, 2 raisins and 2 figs should be soaked overnight and consumed in the morning, a mixture of iron ash and honey should be licked, white petha and amla juice should be drunk on an empty stomach in the morning, sesame seeds and jaggery should be consumed in abundance and Triphala powder should be consumed with lukewarm water at night. All these measures work effectively.
The second solution is the diet chart, that is, what should be included in the food which will help in increasing the blood in the body. For this, green leafy vegetables, drumstick leaves and stems, and beetroot can be included in the diet. Among fruits, pomegranate, grapes, apple and dates can be consumed. Be sure to include buttermilk in your diet during the day. It helps in keeping the stomach clean and increasing the amount of blood in the body.
Now it is also important to know which things should be avoided. It is important to avoid eating large amounts of green chillies, brinjals, very sour fruits, packed food or beverages.
The third solution is some methods that help in the purification and formation of blood, such as cooking in iron utensils. It is very important to have iron to increase the amount of blood in the body. Another way is sun bathing. Be it winter or summer, light morning sunlight is very important for the body. Morning sunlight increases the level of Vitamin D in the body, which strengthens red blood cells.
