New Delhi, March 23 (IANS). Nowadays everyone wants their skin to look clear, glowing and naturally glowing. For this, people resort to expensive skincare products, creams and treatments. But the truth is that real beauty comes from within and your diet plays the biggest role in it. If you eat the right fruits, your skin automatically starts looking healthy and glowing.
First of all let’s talk about oranges. Orange is rich in Vitamin C which is very important for the skin. It helps in increasing collagen, which makes the skin look tight and young. Additionally, the antioxidants present in it protect the skin from damage and help in reducing blemishes.
The second one is papaya. Papaya is no less than a boon for the skin. It contains natural enzymes which help in removing dead skin i.e. exfoliating. If you have pigmentation or spots on your skin, papaya helps in lightening them gradually.
The third fruit is blueberry. This small fruit is full of anti-aging properties. It contains high amounts of antioxidants, which fight free radicals and protect the skin from premature aging. Eating blueberries keeps the skin young and fresh for a long time.
The fourth fruit is watermelon. This summer fruit not only provides coolness but also hydrates the skin. It contains a lot of water, due to which the skin remains moist and soft from inside. It soothes the skin and reduces dryness.
The fifth is avocado. Avocado contains healthy fats, which nourish the skin. It makes the skin soft and glowing. Besides, it also contains Vitamin E, which helps in repairing the skin.
