New Delhi, October 27 (IANS). Abhyanga, i.e. traditional Ayurvedic oil massage, is not just a simple oil application process. This is a simple but effective solution which takes care of your skin, body and mind. Massaging the entire body gently with oil for a few minutes every day makes your skin look soft, glowing and fresh.

The benefits of Abhyanga are not limited to the skin only. It improves blood circulation, so that oxygen and nutrients reach every part of the body easily. Better circulation means you’ll feel more energetic and less tired throughout the day.
