Mumbai, April 14 (IANS). The process of breathing is very easy and if the body has to work hard to do this process, then understand that something different is happening inside the body.

Many times we feel like taking deep breaths because the lungs are not able to breathe properly and we feel relaxed by taking deep breaths on our own. The reason for this is the pressure on the lungs, do not take it lightly. This is not just a respiratory problem but also an effect of digestive disturbances and stress.

Frequent deep breathing shows the disturbances going on inside the body. When more and more gas starts forming inside the body, its effect is most visible on the lungs. A strange pressure is felt in the chest and there is difficulty in breathing and the mind starts getting disturbed. There is a deep connection between mind and body. Physical disturbance also disturbs the mind. It promotes overthinking, anxiety and stress, which leads to breathing problems. It can be difficult to ignore such signs because it can cause restlessness, heartburn, anxiety, and sleep is also affected and the entire body loses its balance.

The body feels weak not only physically but also mentally. Now let us know what could be the solution to this problem. First of all, it is very important to strengthen your digestive system. If the digestive system is strong then the stomach related problems like gas production and sour belching will be solved and the pressure on the lungs will also be reduced.

Secondly, it is also very important to keep the mind balanced. If the mind is troubled then its negative effect is seen on the entire body. For this, take out some time for yourself every day and do yoga. Yoga is very effective in reducing stress. For this you can do Balasana, Paschimottanasana, Shavasana and Marjariyasana. To get relief from breathing problems, you can also do Bhramari Pranayam, Anulom-Vilom Pranayam and Bhastrika Pranayam. Try to spend as much time as possible with nature. The mind becomes light with the touch of nature.
