Lice lays many eggs in the head, which is called likh. They stick so strongly with the hair that even water or comb does not remove it easily.
In such a situation, people often resort to chemical shampoo or lotion found in the market, but they are not only expensive but can also damage the skin many times. Especially on the delicate skin of children, their use is not considered right. In such a situation, home remedies tested from Ayurveda and scientific point of view are more effective and safe.
According to Ayurveda, coconut oil can be effective to eliminate lice. This oil not only nourishes the scalp, but also prevents hair breakage. When camphor is added to it, this mixture acts like a natural pesticide. Camphor has antiseptic and antipercritic properties, which help to eliminate lice and liches from the root.
To adopt this recipe, take a bowl of coconut oil and dissolve 2-3 pieces of camphor well in it. When this mixture is ready, apply it in the roots of the head before going to bed at night and massage it with light hands. Then cover the head with a cloth and sleep in the morning with shampoo. The effect of this remedy will start appearing at once and the lice will disappear completely in a week.
In addition, the use of vinegar can also be helpful in laying lice. Mix 2 teaspoons of white vinegar or apple cider vinegar in light lukewarm water and wash the head with it. Vinegar loosening the grip of lice and likings, which makes them easily withdraw from the hair. This remedy is especially beneficial for those who want to stay away from chemicals.
Lemon juice is also a natural remedy, if it is mixed with coconut oil, its effect increases even more. Citric acid present in lemon juice damages the skin of gambling and eliminates them. Also, it also cleanses the scalp and relieves problems like dandruff.
In addition, petroleum jelly can also help in this and prevents the number of gambling growth. This makes the gambling difficult to breathe, causing them to die. But this method is a bit sticky and it may take time to wash hair.
