Cardamom removes the problem of stomach and gas: Dr Diksha says, according to Ayurveda, cardamom has tridoshak properties, that is, it corrects kapha, finances and vata dosha. It not only strengthens the digestive system, but also removes the problem of flatulence and gas.
It balances Kapha dosha, especially it is very beneficial for stomach and lungs. Cardamom also works to pacify Vata dosha. The taste of cardamom is hot. It also detoxifies the body.
Burning in urination ends: Dr Diksha says, cardamom is rich in antioxidants, due to which it cures blood pressure and asthma. Apart from this, it also cures indigestion, burning in urine and many other diseases. Apart from this, it also has the ability to cure diarrhea. You can drink it daily by mixing it in tea.
If the smell of the mouth is bothering you, then you can always keep cardamom seeds in the mouth. Dr Diksha says that tea with cardamom should be consumed one hour before meals twice a day. Cardamom powder can also be taken by mixing it with ghee. For this, grind 250 to 500 mg of cardamom and mix it with ghee and consume it.
