New Delhi, October 13 (IANS). It is very important to stay healthy and fit in today’s busy life. Due to stress, irregular routine and unhealthy eating habits, both our body and mind are affected. In such a situation, yoga is a solution which can keep us physically and mentally balanced. Today we will talk about ‘Bhardwajasana’, an ancient yoga asana, about which very few people know. This asana not only makes the body flexible but also provides many health benefits.

Bhardwajasana keeps the entire body active. According to Ayurveda, this asana balances Vata, Pitta and Kapha doshas, ​​especially it is more effective in problems related to digestive system and stress. This yoga asana strengthens the spine and transmits energy to the body.

You can start by staying in this asana for about 30 to 40 seconds. You can also set your time as per your capacity. Keep breathing deeply during the asana. It is best to do it in the morning or evening on an empty stomach. This yoga asana should be done under the supervision of a trainer.

Doing Bhardwajasana yoga regularly strengthens the muscles of the spine and shoulders. It provides relief from problems like stomach gas, constipation and indigestion. Besides, it is also effective in reducing stress and anxiety.

It calms the mind and increases self-confidence. The sages believed that this asana balances prana, vayu and mind, which brings positivity in life.

Bhardwajasana is a powerful yoga asana, which helps in keeping the body and mind healthy. By including this in your daily routine, you can not only remain physically fit, but also achieve mental peace and stability. Pregnant women, people with serious spine problems or those who have recently had surgery should consult a doctor before doing this. Don’t do it in a hurry, but practice slowly and carefully.
