New Delhi, March 5 (IANS). Eyes are not just a part of the body, but a means of seeing the world. Even imagining life without eyes is a scary experience.
It is easy to see the colorful world through the eyes, but very few people know that the eyes reveal not only the condition of the world but also the internal problems of the body. Changing color of eyes and watery discharge indicate many diseases in the body. So today let us tell you the reason behind the changing color of eyes.
First let’s talk about yellow eyes. Yellow eyes are caused by Pitta Dosha and indicate liver disease and high bilirubin. Due to yellow eyes, the problem of body heat and dizziness starts increasing. For this, consumption of Amla, Giloy and turmeric is recommended in Ayurveda.
On the second number is the dark circles under the eyes. Dark circles are always associated with sleep, but they are a sign of aggravation of both Vata and Pitta. It can also be caused by stress, dehydration, allergies and anemia. When this happens, dates, ghee and raisins soaked in water should be consumed in the diet.
Number three is puffy eyes. Many people’s eyes appear swollen and puffy. It shows aggravation of Kapha dosha and may also indicate kidney load, excessive salt and thyroid disorders. In such a situation, consuming cucumber and coriander water is beneficial. Not only eyes but yellow eyelids also indicate physical illness. This indicates anemia and vitamin B12 deficiency. In such a situation, definitely consume green leafy vegetables, pomegranate and citrus fruits in your diet.
Additionally, watery eyes are not just an eye disorder, it reflects the imbalance of Pitta and Vata doshas. This is a sign of allergy, infection and dryness of the eyes. In such a situation, consume more almonds, mushrooms and milk in your diet. Red eyes also indicate eye disease. This shows increasing infection and increase of Vata in the body. Due to this, redness remains in the eyes and the eyes appear swollen. Sometimes it can also cause kidney problems.
