New Delhi, January 2 (IANS). The human body works like a machine that needs the right quality fuel to function and run smoothly.
The body also moves with a rhythm, if this rhythm is correct then it is very difficult for any disease to enter the body and old age also does not come quickly. In scientific language it is called ‘circadian rhythm’, but in Ayurveda it is called Ayurvedic routine, by which the body can be made strong and disease free. Today we will tell you about this routine of Ayurveda.
First of all, wake up in Brahma Muhurta and after removing the toxins from the body, drink water kept in a copper vessel. To improve hair and skin, put a few drops of oil in the navel and apply it on the eyes. Start the day with light exercise and walking and then do Abhyanga. Abhyanga is very important for the body, due to which blood circulation in the body improves and muscle fatigue also goes away.
Now comes the turn of diet. Diet has great importance in Ayurveda because diet not only fills the stomach, but it also works to provide energy to the body. Have lunch between 12 noon to 1 pm. At this time the digestive fire is strongest and food is easily digested. Dinner should always be kept light and one should avoid eating after sunset. After eating food, do not lie straight on the bed, but also take a light walk of a few steps. If you do not want to take a walk, then sit in Vajrasana for some time. This asana helps in digesting food.
The second most important and important time is sleeping time. Sleep is important for the entire body because it does repair work. To get deep sleep at night, you can take Triphala or turmeric with milk. It helps in inducing sleep and also reduces stress. Try to stay on your left side while sleeping. Sleeping on the left side maintains proper blood circulation in the body and helps in sleeping well.
