Variyali Sharbat is not just a drink but a traditional healthy recipe, which has been followed in Gujarat for years.
Fennel is considered to have a cooling effect, hence it helps a lot in keeping the body cool. When you drink it, it not only quenches thirst but also keeps the body hydrated and helps in protecting from heat stroke.
It is also very beneficial for digestion. If you often have problems with gas, acidity or indigestion, then Variyali Sharbat can be a great option for you. Drinking it after eating makes the stomach feel light and the food gets digested easily.
