One of these powerful and popular exercises is Kapalbhati. In Sanskrit, ‘Kapal’ means brain/forehead and ‘Bhati’ means brightness or brilliance.
Experts believe that this is an effective way to keep the body and mind healthy. It not only protects us from many diseases, but is also an effective way to save us from our everyday life. If you want to include yoga in your daily routine, then there is nothing better than Kapalbhati.
