In today’s busy life, people easily become tired and weak. Eating late, lack of sleep and constant stress weaken the body from within. Many people rely on expensive supplements for energy, but Ayurveda offers a simple and reliable remedy that has been used for generations to boost energy.

Why is this mixture special in Ayurveda?

In Ayurveda, the mixture of milk and dates is considered as balya (jawan), which means food that strengthens the body. Dates are sweet and hot in taste, while milk is cool and rich in nutrients. When boiled together, they form a powerful mixture that nourishes all seven elements and eliminates weakness.

From increasing energy to increasing immunity
Regular consumption of milk and dates removes fatigue and fills energy. It helps thin people to gain weight. For people with weak immunity, it provides benefits as a natural tonic. It is believed to help increase stamina in men and reduce anemia and weakness in women.

This mixture is considered more effective in winter as it keeps the body warm, reduces joint stiffness and prevents dry cough. Drinking this helps in better sleep, reduces mental fatigue and brings natural glow on the skin.

How to make this nutritious recipe
Take three to four dates and put them in a glass of milk and boil on low flame. When the milk is reduced to half and the dates become soft, drink it hot and eat the dates before sleeping.
