Mumbai, March 9 (IANS). Today’s lifestyle is such that both body and mind are facing many problems due to work pressure.
Everyone talks about physical health, but people do not consider mental disorders as problems. Whereas mental disorders hollow the body from inside and the ability to understand and reason is also affected. In such a situation, it is very important to understand these disorders and their roots are related to our digestive system and brain.
Anxiety is not just a state of mind, but it is related to both body and mind. Anxiety can increase due to increase in stress hormones. Lack of sleep can increase anxiety. Digestion and mind are also closely related to anxiety. Long-term stress can affect the nervous system. Heartbeat may seem fast, breathing may seem heavy and even small things may seem big. Therefore it is important to understand the root.
First let’s talk about the brain. A part of our brain issues a warning when it senses danger, which is followed by panic, restlessness and a sudden increase in heart rate. In such a situation, sometimes waves start flying in the stomach, but if this situation starts happening again and again without any real incident, then understand that anxiety has surrounded you. In this situation, stress hormones start getting produced in the body twice as fast and without any reason, restlessness starts troubling both the body and mind.
The second main reason for this is the digestive system. Due to lack of proper digestion process in the body, the body does not get complete nutrition. In this situation, depression and physical disorders start troubling the mind. Poor digestion causes restlessness in the body and also causes difficulty in sleeping. Incomplete sleep causes headaches and physical weakness, and affects both mind and body.
In such a situation, it is important to first control your mind. Getting nervous over small things makes the mind very weak. Motivate yourself, spend time in green spaces and eat what you feel like. Guide yourself not according to your mind, but guide your mind according to you.
