New Delhi, 8 September (IANS). With increasing age, there are many changes in the body. The skin starts to loose and wrinkles on the face. It is a natural part of aging, but in today’s time everyone wants to keep themselves young for a long time, so it is important that the right lifestyle, balanced diet, plenty of sleep, good amount of water and most important are regular yoga.
The Ministry of AYUSH believes that yoga does not only give flexibility and strength to the body, but it works in the depths of your skin. The effect of yoga is clearly visible from inside the body.
Some yogasanas are extremely effective in tightening the skin of the face, reducing wrinkles and bringing natural glow to the face.
Halasan:- Halasan is a posture that activates many parts of the body simultaneously. When you try to stick the feet on the ground by taking the feet behind the head while doing this asana, this condition puts pressure on your abdominal organs, which improves the digestive system. The direct effect of good digestion is visible on your skin. In addition, Halasan improves blood circulation, causing oxygen and nutrition to the skin cells. The result of this is that the face looks more tight, shiny and free from wrinkles.
Matsyasana:- The neck and chest are tilted backwards in Matsyasana. In this posture, the chest rises up and the neck bends back. In this posture, the lungs get more space and the supply of oxygen in the body increases. Especially when the facial skin gets enough oxygen, the cells there become more active. This makes the skin look more healthy, glowing and young. Matsyasana also activates facial muscles, which slows down the process of premature wrinkles.
Trigonasana:- During Trigonasana, when you bend your body towards the side and one hand is down and the other, the blood flow to your spine, abdomen and face is sharp. This causes the toxins accumulated in the body to come out through sweat and other mediums. This internal cleaning helps to keep your skin clean, shiny and young. Also, this asana also reduces stress, which affects your skin.
