Mumbai, January 11 (IANS). Bollywood actor Randeep Hooda participated in the Pankh Marathon organized in Nava Raipur, Chhattisgarh on Sunday. During this period, due to his presence the energy level of the people participating in the program remained very high. The actor gave tips to his fans to stay healthy.
While talking to the media, Randeep said, “For a healthy life, eat as much healthy food as possible, do some exercise daily and develop the habit of walking.” Such small efforts are very important for both our body and mind.
Randeep Hooda also shared deep thoughts on life and human potential on this occasion. He said, “There are two types of powers within every human being. First is the power which is used to do good and second is the power which can be used to do evil. It completely depends on what circumstances the person is in, what challenges he is facing and what are his ambitions.”
Randeep says that some people can do great work with their hard work and dedication even in difficult circumstances, while some people can use the same circumstances to harm themselves and others.
Randeep further said, “A person is born in a particular form, but based on time, experience and his choices, he becomes something else. The real identity of our life is what we like and adopt. A person decides the real nature of his life only through his interests, hard work and passion.
Recently, Randeep had said in an interview to IANS, “I like stories which are not pretentious, but present the truth of life honestly. In today’s era, when everything is becoming fast and shiny, the job of cinema is also to give people an opportunity to stop and think. The stories emanating from village, soil, relationships and struggle remain in the hearts of the audience for a long time. Working in such films makes an actor better, because along with acting, sensitivity is also important here.
