Sweetened beverages: Juice, soda, sweet tea, sports drinks etc. should not be consumed.
Sweeteners: Table sugar, brown sugar, honey, maple syrup etc. should not be consumed.
Processed food: Chips, processed meat, popcorn made in the microwave etc. should not be consumed.
Trans Fats: Fried foods, dairy free coffee creamers etc. should not be consumed.
