New Delhi, 6 November (IANS). Due to poor lifestyle, the problem of sugar is increasing in people with increasing age. Due to stress and wrong eating habits, the body gets affected by many diseases, but if someone has sugar problem then it can be controlled by making changes in lifestyle.
Sugar i.e. diabetes occurs when the amount of glucose in the blood increases and the pancreas is unable to produce insulin properly. If insulin is produced less then the amount of sugar in the body increases and then the patient starts seeing symptoms like frequent urination, weight loss, fatigue, more or less hunger.
However, by doing these two methods in the morning, sugar can be completely controlled. Consuming fenugreek or cinnamon with lukewarm water in the morning will help in controlling sugar. For this, soak fenugreek overnight and in the morning heat it with water and boil it a little.
If you don’t like the taste of fenugreek, you can use cinnamon instead. Hot water drunk in the morning boosts metabolism, due to which the digestive system works well and there is no constipation or stomach related problems. Fenugreek has anti-diabetic properties, which controls the amount of glucose in the blood and reduces impurities in the blood.
Cinnamon helps in producing insulin hormone. Cinnamon has many properties like anti-inflammatory, anti-microbial and anti-bacterial, which help the body to produce good hormones and the pancreas to function properly.
Another way is to take a 20-minute walk in the morning and absorb sunlight. Every morning you can walk barefoot on the grass in a park or even take a long 20-minute walk. During this time, wear cotton clothes, so that sunlight falls on the body properly and the body gets adequate dose of Vitamin D. By doing this both mind and body remain calm and stress is reduced. The whole day is full of energy and the problem of small hunger pangs also reduces. Although a diabetes patient should not remain hungry for a long time, but to satisfy short hunger pangs, consume good things.
