New Delhi, October 16 (IANS). Wrong lifestyle gives rise to many diseases. Many diseases can be cured by eating right, exercising and living a stress-free life, but in today’s busy life it sometimes seems difficult to do so.
Due to wrong lifestyle, the body gradually becomes home to diseases. One such disease is hernia, which starts slowly, but if ignored, the situation reaches the stage of surgery.
There are many reasons for hernia. Hernia occurs when the muscular wall of the body becomes weak. In many cases, hernia starts appearing like a lump or air lump, but is not visible when lying down and walking. Apart from this, it also occurs due to constipation, frequent lifting of heavy objects and frequent and frequent cough. In such a situation, there is heavy pressure on some parts of the body and the muscle wall breaks and the risk of hernia is high. Sometimes this also happens due to genetic and age related problems.
Many types of symptoms are seen in the body due to hernia. There is mild pain in the area where hernia occurs, swelling suddenly starts on the body and problems like heaviness in the stomach, fever and vomiting may also occur. In case of hernia, first medicine and later surgery is resorted to, but in the initial stage, Ayurvedic measures can be taken.
Ayurvedic remedies provide relief from hernia pain and swelling to a great extent. For this, you can consume Triphala powder, which is rich in Vitamin C, antioxidants, zinc and iron, which controls constipation and does not put much pressure on the body during defecation.
Consuming ginger and honey is also beneficial in hernia. Taking both together increases the speed of digestion and the food gets digested easily and there is no feeling of heaviness in the stomach.
Apart from this, you can also consume Amla. Amla contains Vitamin C, which strengthens the muscles, thereby reducing the chances of hernia.
Yoga and exercise also strengthen the muscles. To prevent hernia, you can do stretching, Vajrasana and Pawanmuktasana.
