New Delhi. All India Bar Examination i.e. AIBE 2025 exam schedule has been released by Bar Council of India. Registration for All India Bar Examination is going to start this month. The Bar Council of India has announced all the important dates related to this exam for the candidates wishing to give All India Bar Examination. Candidates will be able to apply for All India Bar Examination on Allindiabarexamination.com.
According to Bar Council of India, registration for All India Bar Examination will start from 29 September 2025. Online fees can be paid from this date. The Bar Council of India has fixed the last date on October 28 for registration. The last date for payment of fees is 31 October. The admit cards of AIBE exam will be issued to eligible candidates on 15 November 2025 by the Bar Council. All India Bar Examination will be held on 30 November 2025. In the All India Bar Examination, students with a law graduate or without backlog will be able to sit with a 3 or 5 -year LLB program.
A fee of Rs 3560 will be charged from general and OBC candidates for registration in AIBE. Whereas, SC-ST candidates will have to pay a fee of Rs 2560. Law graduates wishing to work across India as a lawyer have to pass the All India Bar Examination. 100 multiple choice questions will be asked in the AIBE 2025 exam. In this exam, marks are not deducted on the wrong answer. The examination has 10 marks related to the Criminal Procedure Code. Whereas, questions of 10 marks questions of Civil Procedure Code, 10 marks of constitutional law, contract law, specific relief, 8 marks of property law and others, 8 marks of IPC, 8 marks of evidence Act, 8 marks of evidence, 8 marks of family law and 5 marks related to 5 marks.
