This flight will connect Kushinagar to Bangkok via Varanasi. The airline has started operating flights on this route from February 2026, which will greatly benefit the tourists traveling to the Buddhist Circuit.

This new flight service will be operated once a week i.e. on Sunday. Direct service between Varanasi and Bangkok has started from 1 February 2026. Its schedule has been decided according to the convenience of the passengers.
Departure from Varanasi: 12:35 pm (arrival in Bangkok 18:05 pm).
Return from Bangkok: 19:05 PM (arrival Varanasi at 21:35 PM).
Passengers coming from Kushinagar will connect with this service through Varanasi, which will make it easier to go to Thailand.
Fare and Booking Information
Air India Express has kept the fares on this route very competitive. One-way fare from Varanasi to Bangkok starts from Rs 6,426 to Rs 9,000. At the same time, if a passenger books both round trip tickets, he will have to spend around Rs 22,000 to 23,000.
