New Delhi. Union Home Minister Amit Shah reached Bastar today, to be considered a stronghold of Naxalites on his two -day visit to Bastar. Addressing a public meeting in Jagdalpur here, he appealed to the Naxalites to surrender and surrender and warned that security forces would be a befitting reply to those who disturb the peace of Bastar. He dismissed the demand for negotiations of the Naxalites and said that there is nothing left for the talks now. Shah told the people, I want to assure you on behalf of Modi ji that after 31 March 2026, these Naxalites will not be able to stop your development and your rights. I have come to worship and see Danteshwari Mai this morning. I have prayed at the mother’s feet that by 31 March 2026, give power to our security forces to free the entire Bastar region from red terror.

Addressing the people of the tribal community of Bastar, Amit Shah said, the children who are associated with Naxalism are from your village. Explain to them to add weapons and come in the mainstream. The Government of Chhattisgarh has created the best surrender policy in India. More than five hundred Naxalites have surrendered in a single month. As soon as your village is Naxal -free, the Chhattisgarh government will give one crore rupees for the development of the village.

Today, every village of the country has electricity, drinking water, road, toilets in every house, health insurance of up to five lakh, five kg free rice, but Bastar lagged behind in it.
