The construction of Mandawali bridge road connecting Greater Noida to Faridabad is going to start this month. The company has been selected and work will start in 10 days. The work of Mandawali bridge road project connecting Greater Noida to Faridabad will start this month. The construction company has been selected and the administration said that work will be started on the site in the next 10 days.
Officials said that a 1.7 km long road will be built till Mandawali bridge via Gopalpur Nagar. Out of this, a 5 meter wide road will be constructed in the first phase. The Uttar Pradesh government has sanctioned Rs 65.50 crore for the project.
The project was stalled for years due to land dispute
The construction of Mandavali bridge started in 2014, but due to land dispute in Greater Noida, road connectivity remained in limbo. For the last 11 years, people were forced to go to Faridabad via Delhi, causing loss of both time and fuel.
As soon as the road is built, it will provide great relief to the people commuting to Faridabad and Greater Noida, especially the daily commuters and students.
Delhi’s journey is over – you will get a direct route
Currently, to reach Faridabad from Greater Noida, one has to take a long route via Delhi or Noida. As soon as Mandawali bridge road is ready:

Ghaziabad Municipal Corporation has planned a 650 meter long and 1.5 meter wide elevated track in Sai Upvan. This track will be on Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model.
This will be Ghaziabad’s first elevated walking-jogging track.
