New Delhi. Voting for the second and final phase of Bihar assembly elections concluded today. Like the first phase, voters showed tremendous enthusiasm in the second phase too and record voting took place. A record 67.14 percent voting was recorded till 5 pm. However, the final voting percentage of the second phase will be released later by the Election Commission. After the voting, now everyone’s eyes are on the results which will be declared after the counting of votes on November 14. Before that, exit poll estimates for all 243 assembly seats of Bihar have come out, 122 seats are required for majority.
