During a recent inspection, the GDA team had found vacant land in Khasra No. 96 and 97 of Nandagram Yojana. After this discovery, the officials took immediate action and extended its file for further processing. The objective of the authority is to promote planned development in the city and to provide residential facilities to the people legally.
For security and development works, boundary wall will be built at a cost of more than one crore rupees, the land is about eight thousand square meters.
This land identified in Nandgram is about eight thousand square meters. The authority has decided that this area will be completely developed before allotting the plot. In this sequence, GDA has decided to construct boundary wall here. About Rs 1.07 crore will be spent on this development work and construction of boundary wall. This will not only keep the land safe, but will also provide a safe environment to the plot buyers.
Application deadline extended for companies wanting to start IT business and call center in Greater Noida

Greater Noida Authority has changed the date of application for IT companies and those planning to open BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) or call centers. Those who were not able to apply till now due to lack of time, have now got additional time. This step has been taken with the aim of promoting IT and services sector in the region.
Investors will now get a chance to register till the new year, earlier the last date for application was ending in September itself.
Earlier, the last date for applying under this scheme was fixed as September 23, but now it has been extended till January 2 next year. That means interested applicants can now register themselves till January 2. This decision of the authority will be of great benefit to those entrepreneurs and companies who want to set up their office space or setup in Greater Noida, but due to some reasons could not apply within the stipulated time.
